All applicable delivery charges are shown against each product. We don’t aim to make any profit from delivery, so you can be assured our delivery charges are as low as possible.
We accept all major debit/credit cards. If you have any problems with making a purchase, please contact our team to see if we can offer any alternative methods of payments to assist.
We process all orders in order they are received. We will contact you as soon as possible to organise posting your item (if required) to ensure you are in on the day of delivery. Alternatively, if you have purchased fitting, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

After placing your order, our sales team will receive the order and will prepare any products purchased. If you have purchased flooring as well as our fitting service, we will contact you by telephone to confirm a date to suit yourself. Please be aware this will be an all day appointment and we will confirm a timeslot on the day.
